Model-turned-DJ Sky Nellor has sold her tricked-out, 2,000-square-foot penthouse duplex at 121 W. 20th St. for its $2.75 million asking price.
An artist snapped up the two-bedroom, 2 1/2-bathroom Chelsea condo. The stylish unit with dark bamboo floors features a dramatic, double-height living room with a fireplace and a floating staircase. There’s also a dining room, a chef’s kitchen, a media room, a sound system and Venetian plaster throughout. The unit also comes with a 600-square-foot private roof deck and a steam room.
The apartment was on the market for less than a month. Nellor bought it for $1.67 million in 2008.

“The area where this apartment is located actually includes eight different neighborhoods, as this former factory building is ideally situated at the crossroads of Gramercy, Union Square and the East and West Village,” the listing claims.
