Outlook: Division games to close the season always provide some level of intrigue, and, after Dallas, it's debatable which other NFC East opponent is more reviled here. In what probably will be chilly conditions, the Giants can turn to bruising running back Brandon Jacobs, who is coming off a disappointing season in which he rushed for 835 yards after gaining more than 1,000 in the previous two. He's had some of the best performances of his career against Washington, most notably 130 yards on Dec. 16, 2007, and 116 yards in the season opener the following season.
